Well, Graham is a month from being 3 years old. And what can I say. The last 3 years have gone faster than the 3 years before that. I know I remember loving every minute of being a mom to this little guy but the details to be exact are a little hazzy. I know one thing for a fact that has always been true though...This little guy loves his dad! If his dad was around 24/7 he wouldn't know his mom even existed. He sits by his dad in church, He wants his dad to put his cloths on, he wants his dad to get him his sippy. He loves His dad!
Also, he Graham has this wonderful habit of rubbing his "bet, bet." Let me explain what his bet, bet is! It is his belly button. I don't remember when he started this habit exactly but he has had it for a LONG time. I drinks his sippy and rubs his belly button. He will lift up his shirt. zip down his onsie nighties, and gets really mad if you try to cover it with your hand. It is his comfort thing and no one is going to take it away :( he pulls on it, rubs it, and it is his! When he was around 2.5 years old we told him it was going to fall off and he was going to have to go to the doctor to get it fixed. He then would pull down his shirt for a few seconds but then pulled it right back up again to rub it. Oh my, I sure hope this passes, but I just tell everyone who asks about this strange habit..."just be thankful it's not a habit that is 5 inches lower!" They then don't ask anymore questions :)!!!!!
Graham is almost 3 and totally funny. I loves to tease. Ever since he could talk well, probably already at 18 months..he loves to tease. He would always call my mom, "Grandma Lori," look at her and laugh. He new sure well that her name was Myrna but he just loved to tease her. So glad my mom would laugh and then tickle him. He did this for almost a year..call her the wrong name and give her his naughty grin! Sometimes he would would accidentally say Myrna and quickly change it to Lori.....So funny to see their personalities take form and so little. He continues to love to call people by a funny name and then Laugh.
Graham also loves taking rides on the 4 wheeler. He could sit on that thing for hours. When the kids went back to school in 2015, Graham and I would get the four wheeler out and take long rides until it got to cold by October. We would ride all the way to Steve and Tonia's house and visit our good friend Graydon. He loved it on the four-wheeler..and even maybe catch a nap on it in mom's arms. He still asks to go on it often. I too, Love riding four wheeler with my kids. Love being out in the country taking in God's beautiful creating and sharing it with my kids close by.
Graham also like to try to tell me how to do my hair. He wants me to "roll it up." Everyday. This essentially means a pony tail. I think He was so used to my hair in a pony tail everyday that when I finally wore it down he did not like it. " Roll it up mom..roll it up..." Ha. I didn't think i wore a pony tail that often! :(. HA
Thomas the Train and Daniel tiger. For the beginning of age 2 we could not watch enough Thomas the Train. " There 2, there 4, there 6 , there 8." ahhhhhhhhh, Loved Thomas and new all the trains by name. Then around 2.5 years old we started wanting to watch Daniel Tiger. At the end of the song he would yell. "DANIEL TIGERS NEIGHBORHOOD." I don't know which one is better...Thomas or Daniel....NEITHER!!!! hahahahah
Graham loves to keep up with his older sister Aubyn and Older brother Trey. He tries to trudge through the grove and thick weeds just to keep up with them. Trey and Aubyn are so sweet and help him along and lets him tag along. Not to often do they complain about him. Only when Graham destucts Trey's legos...Then I hear some yelling and mom has to take care of business.
Graham is too, a bundle of joy. his big "CHEESE" when I hall out the camera is priceless. And I could get endless pictures of him wearing his orange "saftey glasses." Is this on right mom...while they are upside down breaks my heart everyday. I love this little guy! He is my Grahammy the Pooh and will always be!

Graham's Birth
3-20-2013
I was being induced with Graham 1 week before my due date. I couldn't wait to get this little guy out..big, heart burn, constipated, and a fat blimp :). Toby and I dropped off our other two kids off at my mom's house. By the third kid you just can't keep this stuff a surprise anymore.
We arrived at the hospital at 7a.m. sharp. You know me! We started with a little cytotec. Contractions picked up nicely. We walked and walked. We had done this routine before :). Finally they were in good rhythm and Dr. Pals wanted to break my water. I said..."I need an epidural first. I wasn't going to miss my epidural like I did with Aubyn!" I got my epidural...Dr. Pals broke my water and life was good. Contractions picked up even stronger and we were well on our way to holding our precious bundle. The epidural was beautiful! Toby and I sat in the labor room chatting with my good friend/co-worker Sam Zomer. I had requested that she be my nurse and she thankfully accepted my invitation. (what is this prom?) Better than PROM!!!! I had worked weekends with her for many years and had gotten to be a very close friend with her.....May I add she's the best nurse OCAHS has. :). SO...the epidural was working, my butt and legs were tingling, and I had NO pain. After a couple hours of enjoying a great time in the labor room (that doesn't even sound right) I felt a little pressure. Nurses know what that means....I told Sam that, "I think i'm complete, but I don't feel like pushing. I feel to good yet...you finish your charting and I won't talk to you until your done. When your done with your charting we will call Dr. Pals." she agreed. So I sat in silence (a miracle) while Sam finished charting. Once she was done charting, She checked me and I was complete and Dr. Pals came from the clinic. I pushed 3 times and God gave us a beautiful, healthy, baby boy....that again looked like a Boogerd. :) We named him Graham Wayne and He is forever our little "Grammy the Pooh!" This precious little name was inherited for Graham because this is what Aubyn always called him. Mom stuck to it like glue.. He was my "Grammy the Pooh."
Trey called me after he got off the bus at my mom's, and Toby and I told him he had a new baby brother. He said, "really, awwwww." Aubyn was a little bit to little to understand how much her world was going to change. They came to the hospital and Trey was so PROUD...and Aubyn didn't want to touch him because he was "naked." (he still had not had a bath yet, so he was just in a diaper and blanket.) She did not understand why this baby was naked. All her babies at home wore cloths...why did this baby not. HA...lesson learned mom...you just never know what little kids are going to think. Trey held him like he was the proudest big brother of the year. So gentle and loving just like Trey is!
Toby went home that evening to sleep in his own bed. Guess what happened when he got home. The house was ice cold. Our heater had gone on vacation and was never coming back. I think it was as sick of winter as we were by March! Toby couldn't get to the hospital very quick the next morning because he was waiting for the plumber to stop by. The plumber finally came by and guess what....Heater Shot. While I was in the hospital Oostra Plumbing and Heating started installing a new Furnace. They were going to hopefully be done by the time we came home with our New family of 5! What an expensive week :). I remember so clearly our ride home. We picked up Trey and Aubyn from my mom. Packed everyone in the van. The plumbers were still going to be at our house yet. I looked over and Toby and Said..."God is sure good to us. We have 3 beautiful, healthy, children and able to get a new Furnace and life is good." Toby agreed!

Time Gone Where?
Where has the time gone....I think it has been almost a little over 3 years since my last post. To be honest I kind of forgot about this blog. But my crafty little 5 year old, Aubyn, typed my name into the tool bar on the computer and pulled up my blog!!!!!! She says, "look what I found mom." I had almost forgotten about this little gem. I said..."hey you found my blog," and that was when the fun began. I read all my old posts and had tears in my eyes. Tears first because of all the great memories it reminded me of my little ones..and 2nd tears from not posting anything for so long I feel like I cheated Graham. Graham is my son that I last talked about when I was 23 week pregnant in my last post........and NOW HE IS almost 3 in a month! Shame on this mother. I have so much to blog about I can't wait to share it all..... at least what I can remember. and PS> Graham, I am sorry you were gypped.....remember i'm the 3rd child too...I know how you feel, but doesn't make it right :). Love you!
Here goes the last 3 years.... the best I can remember.

Toby and I
I always give an update on the kids and thought I better talk about Toby and I once. Really not as interesting as hearing about our cute kids...or most days...cute kids! LOL
Toby has been staying busy at work. He just recently hired another IT guy to help him with his department. It is always amazing how the work load grows and grows over time. Praise the Lord Toby's company is growing instead of laying off. We are always thankful for how the Lord provides for us! Toby also gets to work with his sister Robbi a few days a week. It is great for him to be in Rock Valley so close to his family and friends. In fact, he has several good friends down the road who he loves to visit or have dinner with at Town and Country. Evan, Justin, Don, George. His dinner dates are endless options in RV! I even get there every now and then to go to Stone Soup! mmmmmm.
Toby also stays busy at home working on a few tasks here and there on his computer. He recently just finished a very large program called Farm Filer. It is really cool! He also stays busy with the Trinity Tech Committee and our Church Sound Committee. Our new church was just recently completed in Hull and there were lots of new things to learn and gadgets to play with! They have the sound booth up and in full functioning. It took a few months to get all the corks out, but they sure did a good job! They also just recently got our sermons and church services on live audio and video on sermonaudio.com. You can now watch our church services live on your computer or i-pad. It is AMAZING. Check it out!
As most already know Toby and I are expecting our third baby the end of March. I am now 23 weeks along today. The first 13 weeks were again very rocky and tough, but again the Lord sustained us and helped us through this trial. I always get very sick from 6 weeks to around 13 weeks. I pertty much sleep by the toilet and don't leave. Toby had 2 roles to fill. His own as a father and mine as a mother. He would work all day and come home and have to clean the house, feed the kids, and put everyone to bed and even do some laundry. Thankfully my mom took over most of that! The church family to sent some food over which was very much appreciated. Those 7 weeks seemed like an eternity when you are in the midst of it but when you look back you are amazed how fast it went to....I can't believe i'm even writing that!!!! The first part of my pregnancy's are always hard on me emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. I just am glad I know I always have Christ to take me through these trials and bring me back from my stupor. Of course a great loving family helps too! I am happy to say most days i'm feeling great and some days just okay. The "most days" is the best part about that sentence. I still have blaah days but who doesn't??? I am looking so forward to holding this baby in my arms I can hardly wait. I think this is the least impatient I have been with any pregnancy. I have that baby itch and just need to hold that precious child in my arms. This past week we just had our ultrasound. Toby and I went together and it was so fun. I think it makes it real again for Toby when he can see the little baby moving inside me continuously The little head, fingers, toes and bones are sooooo amazing. We are So Excited to have another rug rat in the house!!!!
Other than that the only thing new with me is I just went casual at work, which basically means NO MORE WEEKENDS!!!!!! YEAH!!!!! Toby said our kid are growing to fast and with another one on the way there was no way he was taking 3 to church by himself! HA...I wouldn't either, two is hard enough. I am still working one shift a week and enjoy this. I still love being a nurse and caring for all different kinds of people. I am just very excited I can enjoy all my weekends with my family now.
I continue to pick a little at my sewing. I recently just finished another baby blanket for when the new baby comes. I still need to finish Aubyn's dress, which is now to small for her. HA...but oh well. Now I will have to make another one right? I am no pro by any means but I did have a friend ask me to mend something for her the other day. Little did she know she actually made me feel a little special. Maybe my grandma and mom actually do like it when I ask them to fix things??? :). Else no new hobbies for me :(.
Thank you all who ever reads this blog. It is mainly for me to look back at many years from now and read about my kids, but I am happy to share with whom ever wants to take time to read it. Just one thing.....Don't get mad at all my grammar and spelling issues because they probably won't get any better! HA At least I have spell check :).......

School Days, School Days
Yes, our little guy is in Kindergarten this year! When I held Trey in my arms as a baby I remember thinking,"I wonder what kind of little boy he will grow up to be." and now I hold him on my lap and think, " I wish my little boy would stop growing." The time has gone by WAY to FAST. I know I keep saying this over and over but the time really does slip away.
Trey has been in school now for a few months. It is AMAZING to see how much he has learned! He is getting really good and his letters, learning lots of Bible stories, and even SOUNDING OUT WORDS. He brings these little books home from the teacher with "sight words" that they are learning. At first they were all his sight words and now he is even sounding out new words. Reading in Kindergarten. WOW! Everywhere we go now he looks for his "sight words" or words he can sound out. He is asking us how to spell things and even spelling some by himself on his pictures. They are not always correct, but you can tell what he was trying to write. It is just amazing to me to see how their little minds develop and grow in knowledge. His favorite part of school is of course recess. He tells me he plays a lot of ball tag. He says he is fast! :). For a few weeks some boys were taking their tractors and wagons to school and playing with them in the mud and dirt. What a little guy's dream right??? :) I guess the principle put an x-nay on the tractors when they started sending them down the slide. HA..boys will be boys.
Trey continues to love to draw pictures of pirate boats, planes, batman, and ninja's. The detail he has to his pirate boats and airplanes are amazing. I should really take a picture of something he draws in church and post it on here. He also loves to continue to color. Him and Aubyn could spend an hour at the counter everyday coloring together. He to stays in the lines so well. I hope he continues to care about detail.
Trey also likes to play on the i-pad. He plays angry birds of course, and many other apps. He plays this shark attack game (which I am not a fan of), matching games, coloring games, takes pictures of things and turns then into a crazy design with this special app. He also Loves using the smart board at school. Another favorite game is "wild Krats" on the computer. He can navigate himself to the right site by typing a few letters in the address bar and get to where he needs to play his games. The Krat game is like the PBS show "Wild Krats." Its about 2 brothers who explore animals in the wild and turn into the animals they are studying for the day. I even like watching it. LOL.
Trey just recently got a new pair of REAL cow boy boats. Toby had gotten a pair for working outside and Trey has always wanted some to work on the farm like Grandpa George. It was so fun for the first few weeks. He would get all his cowboy gear on..which was... boats, ripped jeans, flannel plaid shirt, leather cowboy vest that Toby wore when he was little, cowboy hat and a rope around his pant loop (which was a plastic snake). He looked just like a little cowboy. He would pull around this fake horse and tie his rope to it and bring it to the pasture and tie it to the fence. He would feed and water it and treat it like a real horse. It was so fun to see his imagination at work. And of course a little cowgirl had to join the fun which was even more fun seeing them play together. She too in her cowgirl apparel....same as Trey's. Oh to be little again!!!
Trey loves to read his books at night yet. He listens so intently and asks questions sometimes. We then do his sight word book we are supposta read every night and then review his memory verse. Thankfully by Thrusday he knows his memory verse! This month we are adding many Christmas songs to his nightly routine and I pray the Lord helps this mother teach him all these songs because there are a TON of them! But it is so fun to hear his little manly voice sing!

2 Year old FUN
Life continues to only go faster and faster over here. Aubyn is growing just as fast!!!! What a little lady!
We are officially potty trained and have been for a while. She was officially trained during September. what a relief. I really was not ready for her to be trained, but when a girl wants to go on the potty you can't say NO :). She basically trained herself with of course some reinforcement at times, but she did great. It is so crazy to leave the house without a diaper bag or even a little bag with extra cloths in it. All I have to worry about is that we have coats and shoes on. So crazy. You think that day seems far away while your packing a diaper bag every time to go away, but now I just can't believe how big of girl she is.
Aubyn continues to be our fun loving, wild, and crazy girl. She is talking non-stop. She catches on to EVERYTHING. She looks up to Trey and wants to play with him all the time. She LOVES when Trey plays babies with her. I will catch them in Trey's room with blankets on the floor. Trey is taking care of his stuffed gorilla and puppy and Aubyn is of course taking care of her babies. He favorite baby continues to be "Lydia." She carries her in an infant baby car seat like we do our real babies, except it's just her size. Everywhere we go Lydia needs to come in the car seat. To church, grocery store, grandma's. At least I have her talked into leaving Lydia in the van! BUT we still have to take her purse in! Still her favorite thing in the whole world is her purse and all her nick nacks in it. Books, cell phone, baby blanket, pipe, bottle and anything a baby may need. She really is a good little mommy. She always has everything a baby may need in her purse!
With the Christmas season approaching we put up our tree the other night. Aubyn had so much fun making the tree beautiful with me! She LOVED finding her ordinments and hanging them on the tree. Now it is great fun when we have to go away that SHE gets to shut the lights off on the tree. I love having a 2 year old around to climb into those little places, specially when my belly is growing bigger everyday (23 weeks along and counting down everyday!). She also is starting to love "Jingle Bells" of course. She hears Christmas songs on the radio and starts to sing her own version of them which of course is very amusing It starts with Christmas and ends up about her dolls or daddy or something totally unrelated.
Aubyn also is starting to get into the girly stuff. She loves getting new bows, earings, or necklace. In fact, she just informed me she wants a watch just like mine for her "burfday (bithday). She always wants everything for her "burfday." She doesn't like when we have to put a pony tail in though, "just a bow mom, just a bow." she will say. She loves putting on my lipstick while i'm doing my make-up. It has been fun to see her first start with lip gloss all over her chin and lips to now mostly just on her lips. She would love to put on more than clear lip gloss but that will NOT happen until she's 18!!! :). She loves to sit on the counter in the bathroom and ask me, "why you put that on your face mom? why you put that on your eyes mom? why you put that there, mom?" She watches every detail of everything!
She also continues to love to color. She can stay in the lines pertty well already! I am amazed at how well she does. She really does look at detail. She always has from very young. She does not miss a beat and she makes sure her mom does not either. When we go away she always makes sure I have my purse, or a snack along for her, or if I need to clean something. I hope this eye continues and she will LOVE to keep her room clean as she gets older. HA.HA.
She also loves singing. Her favorite song before bed is Wheels on the Bus. We have to sing a little different version. We sing about each one of our family members. Jason on the bus says "eat my cows." Robbi on the bus says, "let's go shopping." Kenna on the bus says, "Lets play i-pod." Dyson on the bus says," let's play ball." Breslyn on the bus says, "lets play dolls." Grandma Myrna on the bus says "I love you." Grandpa Goerge says, "lets check pigs." Grandpa Bob says "We fix your panes." Grandma Lori says, "I love you too." Daddy says "lets go to work" Trey says, "lets go to school." Aubyn says, "Honk honk honk." Mommy says, "shhhh, shhh, shhh." Chad says," I tickle you!" And we just recently added our new baby on the bus says "waa, waa, waa." We have lots of people on our bus and we thank God for all these same people every night! She also is starting to request "Thy word" "BIBLE", and of course she knows how to sing "Jesus Loves Me."
A couple months ago we got two full size cats from a friend of Toby's. We named them Mugs and Hunter. Hunter is Trey's cat and Mugs Aubyn's. It is fun to see how Aubyn interacts with the cats. She loves to feed them, pet them and play with them. Everyday for an hour since we got them she asks to get her coat and boats on so she can go play with the cats in the garage. It is fun to hide behind the door and watch her secretly. She just sits and lets them rub against her. Talks to them in a soft nice voice. Then she carries them all over creation. (poor cats). It's amazing how they just sit there and let her do whatever to them. She has gotten scratched, but for the most part they love her as much as she loves them.
Technology....Wow have these kids just blown me out of the water with their abilities. Aubyn loves to steal my phone form me and find my photos and page through them. It is amazing that she can find how to get them and then look through them. Toby also just recently got an i-pad and Aubyn knows how to get to Netflix and watch a pony movie or Dora movie. She also knows how to play several games. She does this puzzle game where you match the pieces to the empty spot and she does great! She could play on this thing all evening if we would let her. "Daddy, may I play on your i-pad." This is what she says the minute Toby walks through the door...haha. feel the love huh!
A little memory I have to throw in this blog is Aubyn just recently got new tennis shoes because her feet are growing like crazy. She is already in a size 8! We put her new tennis shoes on and she stood up and said, "There mom, NOW I can go to school like Trey!" Oh, I laughed and smiled. The minute Trey got on the bus for school this year she wanted to go too. Everyday Trey gets on the bus she says, "I want to ride the bus and go to school like Trey." I really think she thought with her new tennis shoes she was going to go to school now. It was sooooo cute and broke my little heart, BUT i'm very glad she is still at home with me! No need for my kids getting bigger faster than they already do!
My favorite time with Aubyn is in the morning when she crawls into my bed and snuggles with me. She HAS to have her head on the same pillow as me and has to be right next to my face. She sometimes rubs my hair or my arm. She gives me kisses all over my face and thinks this is SO FUNNY. I remember when Trey was little and would come snuggle in my bed in the morning too. He now is more interested in morning cartoons than to snuggle with his mom, but occasionally he too will come and we all 3 snuggle together. These are my most Favorite times. I made Trey promise that no matter how big he gets he will always snuggle with him mom every now and then. Trey agreed of course...my loving little boy! I know I will make Aubyn make this promise when she gets a bit bigger too!!!
